"Staunton Steam Laundry has been using the TexWare DB/400 Route Accounting Software since January, 2000. We are a mixed company, with 16 routes providing industrial rental, linen rental, and commercial laundering services.  From the very beginning, where we experienced a smooth upgrade from our existing system, we have been immensely pleased with the product.  Our office personnel who maintain the customer records, generate the invoices and settle the routes are all very pleased with the ease of operation of the programs.  Moving from customer maintenance to accounts receivable to inventory maintenance is easy.  When speaking with customers on the phone, both office and service personnel can access the important information quickly, and answer the customer's questions with confidence.  Inventory tracking is now accountable - inventory adjustments are tracked by source and operator.  Accounts receivable posting is simple, and complete payment history is immediately available.  We were always reluctant to give too many people access to the information they needed, but now, all route service people can access emblem data and inventory numbers, even when the office staff have all gone home for the day.
