The DB/400 package is a fully integrated solution that runs on the most reliable hardware system available, the IBM iSeries. Connect directly through existing local and wide area networks or via web browser using the attached Java Client. Why worry about running your computer system? Route Accounting/Accounts Receivable

The core module! Completely interactive route settlement, with real-time balancing available on-screen. Easy-to-use invoice generator allows for all common types of billing. Multiple A/R posting modes let you make payments by aging period, by invoice and more. Full inquiry shows customer, inventory and man detail for both current and quit customers. Instant interactive reports to screen only or laser/inkjet printer on standard 8-1/2" X 11" stock paper. Easily create your own reports using tools you manage. These include Crystal Reports®, Excel®, Access®, or IBM Query®.

The DB/400 database is left intact on the system for up to five years! No purging of data. No "save files". Never "kick someone out" of your system again to run necessary data functions. Need to reprint an invoice from last month or last year? No problem! Interested in how many tablecloths that big country club used last July? Punch a button! What about a customers profitability for this month versus the same month for the last three years? Call it up.

Pick Ticket/Purchase Order System

Track work orders for your stockroom, with real-time warehouse inventories available on-screen. Purchase Order module creates and prints POs for your vendors. Bar Coded pick tickets decrease user interface to speed production. Bar Coded soil bag labels interface to all popular soil counting systems increase efficiency in the counting process. Available interface with G/L automatically updates invoices into your A/P.

Garment Tracking System

Garment, Dust or Linen tracking available via either barcodes or RF-ID chips. Maintain full and detailed history throughout the entire life of any garment, mat, or higher value linen item. User is alerted if garment is quit, ready for replacement (based on the number of washes on file for the garment) or in need of repair. This module can be used to interface to any popular sorting system. Customized and unmatched mat programs enhance this modules value for dust control facilities.

Mobile Route System

General Ledger/Accounts Payable

Interactive General Ledger displays transactions and account summaries on-screen. A Route Accounting and Accounts Receivable interface updates sales and deposits to the General Ledger. No batching required. No special interface programs and no re-keying of data. Accounts Payable module allows quick and easy payments. Checks can be printed on a laser/inkjet printer. Easy to access reports provide all necessary profit and tax values either in print or on-screen.

Customer Service/Goodwill Contact

The CS/400 Customer Support Program is an interfaced computer module designed by TexWare International to provide fast, accurate information on customer and service issues. This software will significantly change the way your customer service employees communicate with your customers. No more “I’ll have to get back to you on that” – the CS/400 will, in most instances, allow the service representative to answer questions and solve problems while the customer is still on the phone. Features include:

	Separate entry and tracking of Good Will and Service calls
	Ability to flag individuals, items or entire companies for special requests
	Interactive history of all customer service requests and issues
	Reports to help you manage outstanding service calls
	Full customer information screens, pulled directly from the Route Accounting System (screens are write-protected when in Customer Service mode). Customer Inquiry options include:

Invoice Inquiry – any invoice created since upgrading to DB/400 can be printed or viewed

Full A/R Inquiry

Soil history and weekly usage figures

Customer Profitability screens (if the PBA module is installed)

Contact Sales and Prospecting

This module works similar to ACT® or Goldmine® contact management packages. This component tracks call history, contact information, revenue capabilities, competitor information, and much more. This information is maintained in great detail with the ability to query your own reports based on your required criteria. It provides callback notification and imports all data seamlessly into the Route Accounting module after the prospect is contracted.
